Ram C. Kapoor & Associates was established as a sole proprietorship in the year 1987 by late Mr. R.C Kapoor and was subsequently converted to a partnership concern in January 1990. Nitin Kapoor, FCA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1989 and joined the firm as a partner in 1990. He has vast experience in assurance, audit, consultancy of direct tax, service tax and handling of corporate affairs in different areas.

Shiv Shankar, ACA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012 and joined the firm in 2014. He looks after assurance, audit , service tax & company law matters.
